Open Gymex, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be reactivated automatically if it's still active.

Yes — your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account, so you can use Gymex on any device signed into the same account.

On iOS, go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Gymex → Cancel. On Android, go to Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gymex → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

No — the AI Coach is powered by AI and provides informational recommendations only. It is not a substitute for a certified personal trainer or medical professional. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new fitness or nutrition routine.
